USK Foundation has been legally established by having the Registration from the Relevant Authority of the Govt. of Bangladesh to work as a Non
Government Organization- NGO (Social Services Organization) with receiving National & Foreign Funds also.

2. NGO Affair’s Bureau, The Prime Mionister’s Office, Agargaon, Dhaka.

3. Government of the peoples Republic of Bangladesh, Prime Minister’s Office, National Skills Development Authority (NSDA)
